Return & Cancellation Policy

Return of Goods

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition (please include a tracking number).
Once we have received the returned items, we will refund the purchase price.
All returns must be registered in advance through our customer support.

I received a faulty item

If you have received a faulty item, please contact our support team immediately and provide the following information:

• A short description

• Photo evidence

If your package was damaged during delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer support.
All damage claims must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
Without confirmation from a support team member, we are unable to offer refunds, credits, or replacements.

Exchanges

For defective products
